High precision molds and core components ensure the long-term service life of equipment

  • Roller: Gcr15 bearing steel is selected, which has undergone precision CNC milling, heat treatment (HRC58-62 °), and chrome plating treatment, making it wear-resistant and with a smooth surface.
  • Spindle: Made of 45 # steel quenched and tempered to ensure long-term heavy-duty operation without deformation.
  • Rack: After overall welding, it undergoes aging treatment and is matched with precision boring to ensure the concentricity and parallelism of each rolling mill.
  • These core configurations enable our equipment to maintain molding accuracy within ± 0.5mm within the thickness range of 0.3-1.5mm.
